Just time to take a quick break from the gruelling training schedule that we are now undertaking to let everyone know about another quiz night that is taking place to raise money for the walk - it will be at the Coach House, Fishguard on Thursday 15th July, and all the details can be found in the poster above.
It should be a good night, and of course is for 2 very good causes, so if you are in Fishguard next Thursday then there are no excuses not to be there!
Right - back to the treadmill...need to do another 10 miles before breakfast.
